Molecular Sieves

 

With their precise pore size selectivity and deep dehydration capabilities, they are widely used in gas drying and desulfurization. For example, 3A and 4A molecular sieve desiccant are used for drying air, natural gas, ethylene, propylene, cracked gases and refrigerant gases. 5A and 13X zeolite is used for the drying and desulfurization of natural gas and LPG, removing H2O, H2S and CO2 to ensure a dew point below -60°C and preventing olefin adsorption.

Activated Alumina

 

As a highly efficient pre-adsorbent, activated alumina ball is mainly used for the initial dehydration of natural gas, compressed air, and LPG. It features high mechanical strength, resistance to water impact, and low regeneration energy consumption, rapidly removing large amounts of water and providing a buffer for subsequent deep dehydration.

Ceramic Ball

 

Ceramic balls serve as support and distribution layers at the bottom and top of the tower, uniformly supporting the molecular sieve or activated alumina bed, preventing gas flow deviation, and reducing adsorbent wear.

Desulfurization catalysts

 

They support desulfurization processes such as the Claus and Scott processes. It efficiently converts sulfur-containing natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, or cracked gas into organic sulfur such as H2S and mercaptans, protecting downstream precious metal catalysts and equipment from corrosion and meeting clean energy standards.
