Sulphur Removal Catalyst Adsorbent Desulfurizer Introduction: 

Zinc oxide desulfurization sorbents is a type of Sulphur Removal Catalyst which widely used in raw material purification processes in the production of hydrogen, ammonia, alcohol and organic chemicals. It can remove hydrogen sulfide from various feed gases (oils) to less than 0.1ppm.

The main reactions of the desulfurization process are as follows:

H2S+ZnS=ZnS+H2O

The Sulphur Removal Catalyst Zinc oxide Desulfurizer is also capable of converting and absorbing simple organosulfurs such as COS and CS2.

Zinc oxide Desulfurizer adsorbent has strong adaptability. It has harsh conditions such as high sulfur absorption capacity, high activity, high strength, good sustainability of activity and sulfur absorption capacity, and good tolerance to high steam-to-steam ratio. Satisfactory operating results can be obtained at both higher (about 400°C) and lower (about 200°C) temperatures.
