Product Description

Carbon molecular sieve for nitrogen (CMS) is used to separate air and enrich nitrogen. It adopts normal temperature and low pressure nitrogen production process. Compared with the traditional cryogenic high pressure nitrogen production process, it has the advantages of less investment cost, fast nitrogen production speed and low nitrogen cost. Therefore, it is the preferred pressure swing adsorption (p.s.a) nitrogen rich adsorbent for air separation in the engineering industry. This nitrogen is widely used in chemical industry, oil and gas industry, electronic industry, food industry, coal industry, pharmaceutical industry, cable industry, metal heat treatment, transportation and storage.

The compressed air flows from bottom to top through the adsorption towers, which is fully filled with CMS. The oxygen will be first adsorbed by the surface of CMS, while nitrogen will still go on flowing to the buffer tank. After adsorbing for a certain time, CMS needs regeneration as it issaturated by oxygen.
