Jet Flow Ring

Jet Flow Ring packing is a grid-like opening tower packing developed on the basis of the Pall ring structure, which is different from the Pall ring box than the opening method of its ring wall. It extends to the ribs in the ring, so that the window forms two open cones in opposite directions, and strong turbulence is generated due to the accumulation and dispersion of the cone-guided flow and air flow in the ring. Therefore, the ring has the advantages of high mass transfer efficiency and good liquid distribution, especially the separation efficiency can remain constant in a considerable range of gas velocity.

The opening ratio of the jet ring packing is greater than 50%, and the bed porosity is higher than that of the Pall ring of the same specification. Therefore, the jet fiber ring packing has a higher fluid flux, and its pressure drop per meter is 45% lower than that of the Pall ring. Because the vertical frame strips are arranged staggered up and down in sections, and the center of the ring is reinforced with ribs, the rigidity and strength are good. Due to the mechanical stability and light weight of this kind of packing, it is the most ideal packing choice for random packing without stacking and stacking, and its special mechanical design reduces the possibility of liquid penetrating into the tower wall.

The surface of the plastic jet ring packing has been treated, which has the advantages of good wettability and more sufficient gas-liquid contact.
