Distillation Column Packing
Product Description
The Distillation Column Packing is also called metal perforated plate corrugated packing, it is made of a perforated plate with grooved corrugations on the surface, which retains the structural characteristics of the wire mesh packing. It enhances uniform liquid distribution and surface wetting, thereby increasing mass transfer efficiency. The unit height is 50-200mm per roll, and when the diameter is greater than 1.5m, it is packaged into blocks.
Distillation Column Packing Iis formed from vertical sheets of corrugated metal with adjacent sheets of opposite corrugation angles, creating an open structure with sloping flow channels. Its structure can not only change the distribution of the liquid, but also improve the transmission efficiency.
