Lithium Molecular Sieve
Lithium-type molecular sieve is a lithium X-type aluminosilicate crystal, which is a kind of molecular sieve for oxygen production with international advanced level. Lithium molecular sieve is used in pressure swing adsorption oxygen production device, with large ammonia adsorption capacity and high nitrogen and oxygen separation coefficient. Easy desorption and other characteristics, its nitrogen adsorption capacity is 2-3 times larger than that of 13X-HP oxygen molecular sieve. The nitrogen and oxygen separation coefficient is about 2 times that of 13X HP molecular sieve, and it has good wear resistance and long service life.
Molecular sieve (also known as synthetic zeolite) is a microporous crystal of aluminosilicate. It is a basic skeleton structure composed of silicon oxide and aluminum oxide tetrahedrons, and there are metal cations (such as Na+, K+, Ca2+, Li+, etc.) in the lattice to balance the excess negative charges in the crystal. The types of molecular sieves are mainly divided into: A type, X type, Y type and so on according to their crystal structure.
Adsorption function: The adsorption of molecular sieves to substances comes from physical adsorption. There is a strong polarity and Coulomb field inside the crystal pores, and it shows a strong adsorption capacity for polar molecules (such as water) and unsaturated molecules.
Sieving function: The pore size distribution of the molecular sieve is very uniform, and only substances with a molecular diameter smaller than the pore diameter can enter the crystal cavity of the molecular sieve.
Molecules of different substances are distinguished by the priority and size of adsorption, so they are vividly called "molecular sieves".
Under the same flow rate and 93%±3% oxygen production concentration, the amount of lithium molecular sieve is less than half of that of oxygen production molecular sieve, and the energy consumption can be reduced by 50% through VPSA technology for oxygen production
