Oxygen molecular sieve is part of the separation device in oxygen generator. It is mainly composed of molecular sieve and electric valve. It can realize the separation of oxygen and other gases in compressed air through the pressure swing adsorption characteristics of molecular sieve, and then output the oxygen after concentration. The system uses the A-B double-tower interactive adsorption oxygen production method, in which one molecular sieve adsorption tower is filled with high pressure and is in the state of adsorption, while the other is in the state of desorption and regeneration with low pressure. Under the control instructions of the control computer, the two adsorption towers are connected to high-pressure gas or low-pressure gas in time-sharing through a new program-controlled valve, and the adsorption and desorption regeneration processes are completed alternately over and over again, continuously producing qualified medical oxygen. Molecular sieve oxygen production is to produce medical oxygen with a concentration of 93±3%.
