PM molecular sieve powder is 2-4 micron white powder obtained by high-temperature calcination and activation of molecular sieve raw powders. It possesses excellent dispersibility and rapid adsorption capacity. Its main function is to remove moisture from adhesive, eliminate bubbles and odors, and improve the strength and uniformity of the adhesive.

Application Principle of Molecular Sieve Powder:
In the production of electronic sealing potting compounds, the working principle of powder molecular sieves is based on a dual mechanism of "physical adsorption + chemical synergy." Through its sieving effect, as an amorphous desiccant, it can accurately adsorb moisture in the production process. Trace amounts of moisture react with isocyanate (NCO) to generate CO₂ gas, which is the root cause of pinholes or honeycomb structures in potting compounds. Activated zeolite powder inhibits bubble formation at its source by adsorbing moisture, and simultaneously extends the production time of potting compounds through continuous dehydration.
Other Applications:
In addition to electronic sealing potting compounds, it can be widely used in polyurethane adhesives, sealants, AB glues, paints, coatings, structural adhesives, building material adhesives, and floor paints, etc.
