Application Of 13X Activated Molecular Sieve Powder

13X zeolite molecular sieve powder is a molecular sieve synthetic raw powder with special additives and high-temperature roasting. Because the molecular sieve raw powder loses most of its water content during the high-temperature roasting process, it has strong activity and can be directly used as a selective adsorbent in production.
 

In the production process of polyurethane products, directly add 2%-3% of the powdered molecular sieve of the glue liquid to the reaction system slowly, stirring while adding to ensure uniform dispersion and avoid agglomeration. The specific addition ratio needs to be adjusted according to the initial water content of the glue liquid.

As a non-directional desiccant, it can remove water, defoam, absorb exhaust gas and remove odor without changing the physical and chemical properties of the product itself. It is widely used in polyurethane products, medicine, food, rubber, plastic, paint, coating, and cosmetics industries.
