Molecular Sieves For Oxygen Generators

13X HP Molecular Sieve

13X HP molecular sieve desiccant has an extremely strong nitrogen adsorption capacity and an excellent nitrogen-oxygen separation coefficient. In the PSA oxygen production process, this property enables it to efficiently adsorb nitrogen from air, thereby separating high-purity oxygen. PM zeolite molecular sieve 13X HP particles have a large adsorption capacity and high oxygen production concentration, with static water adsorption values exceeding 30% and static carbon dioxide adsorption values exceeding 19.8%. 13X HP molecular sieve adsorbents are primarily used in industrial pressure swing adsorption(PSA) oxygen generators, but can also be used in aquaculture, ozone production, and portable PSA medical oxygen concentrators. The oxygen it produces can achieve a purity of 93% ± 3%, fully meeting the purity requirements of various applications.
 


Lithium Molecular Sieve

Lithium molecular sieve is a lithium-based aluminosilicate zeolite. Compared to conventional calcium and sodium oxygen-producing molecular sieves, it offers superior adsorption capacity and separation efficiency. It is primarily used in vacuum pressure swing adsorption (VPSA) oxygen production processes and is particularly suitable for small VPSA units. Lithium zeolite is particularly well-suited for a variety of small and micro-sized oxygen production equipment, from small portable oxygen concentrators with a flow rate of 1-10 L/min to industrial and medical oxygen concentrators or small oxygen production units in oxygen production plants with a flow rate of 300-10,000 nm³/h. PM lithium molecular sieve can effectively produce oxygen. It also produces oxygen with a purity of 93% ± 3%, meeting the purity requirements of various fields, including medical and industrial oxygen production.
