Product Introduction:
Ceramic super saddle ring is a new type of packing improved on the basis ofrectangular saddle ring packing, it alters the two arched surfaces with gears, which can increase surface area and voidage. Compared to a ceramic rasching ring, a ceramic super intalox saddle has a higher capacity, a lower pressure drop, and even porosity distribution. Which has the characteristics of low pressure and high mass transfer efficiency, and is widely used in sulfuric acid drying tower and other tower equipment.
The ceramic surface of the Ceramic Random Packing can produce an extremely thin film on its rough surface, which can promote the mixing of liquid and vapor, while producing a small pressure drop. The unique surface of the ceramic filler promotes wetting and minimizes liquid retention. Therefore, the possibility of system overheating, polymerization mixture and coke can be minimized.

It can be utilized in high or low temperature environments and can withstand corrosion from a variety of inorganic acids, organic acids, and organic solvents, with the exception of hydrofluoric acid.
